The quinoa grains are housed in clusters of flowers of the same plant (chenopodium Quinoa), called panicles. After the entire harvest process, they ́re cleaned, washed/ scarified, selected, and packed in different presentations, so they have as a result a product with high nutritional value, and free of saponins or impurities.
